The Seven Day Colosseum Early Release

Hey everyone! It's month two for me which means a second game to be released!
This month I am taking part in the One Game a Month game jam. The theme was Spectator so I decided on the player being someone who was training a colosseum fighter. I'm considering this a 0.5 release due to the fact that I don't consider this a finished project, but I wanted to share a proof of concept and a progress report to those who are interested.
A huge challenge I've been running into this month was sprite art and animation. I'm not great at either of those things especially because I am not exactly an artist. I think I was overly ambitious going for 64x64 sprites on my first time trying to create pixel art. By far that has, and will be the most challenging aspect of creating this month's game.
As for the actual programming aspect, I've been feeling very confident in my ability to make code that's fairly clean and definitely functional. I decided to work in Unreal Engine this month, which is technically a first for me. I've toyed around with the engine but I've never released a game nor have I developed a game to its fullest extent in it before. There were a few small hiccups along the way; which mostly consisted of me trying to figure out what the Blueprint equivalent to a C# command was. But that was a simple google search which made the programming aspect of this game relatively stress free.
I still have some work to do, but I think I'm close to a project I can be proud of.
